Single Storey Extension, Smallfield

Our clients approached us having recently purchased a dated 1980’s property with intentions of extending and transforming their kitchen / dining space to reflect modern living and suit the needs of their growing family.

The existing kitchen / dining space was cramped and dark, worsened with a poorly performing conservatory, although the space was functional it did not provide the inviting entertaining space our clients desired.

The proposed design centered around the rear extension, creating a generously sized and light-filled Kitchen, Dining and Living space, suitable for modern day living, their growing family and the large, inviting entertaining space they desired.

Externally, the transformation was measured, seamlessly integrating into the existing property and adjacent vernacular. New dark grey aluminium bi-folding doors, a large 2.5m x 1m aluminium roof lantern & colour matched uPVC window were inserted to ensure the new space was flooded with light.
